You'll love our eclectic and acclaimed menu! Our wines are produced to linger on the pallet and to accent the flavors of our cuisine. Southern beef, poultry, pork, and seafood, as well as harvest vegetables, pair perfectly with our house and estate wines.
WE LOVE LOCAL & Farm TO TABLE
As much as possible, our creative team of chefs source the local harvest for vegetables, meats and seafood choices. Locally sourced produce guarantees the freshest and tastiest quality, so we do our best to bring farm to table dining to you!
FROM IT ALL
Dine inside surrounded by our private collection of celebrity art and the works of Modern Masters such as Picasso, Salvador Dali, Matisse, Ron Wood, Ringo Starr, Dr. Suess, Jonathan Winters, Eric Clapton, Burt Reynolds and more. We also have outdoor dining on our large covered porch or on our patio by a cascading waterfall and fire pit. Walk the grounds and enjoy the animals, beautiful landscaping and quiet moments by the lake watching the swans and ducks. To extend the enchantment, stay in one of our elegant cottages overlooking the lake and sip wine from a porch rocking chair.

OUR SIGNATURE LABELS
Named after North Carolina’s state bird, this Merlot blend is a semi-dry, smooth, silky wine with aromas of plums, raisins and dark chocolate. It’s very versatile and pairs well with pastas, burgers and barbecue.
Named after the Southern Hospitality vernacular phrase for "I, Swear" and our beautiful swans on the lake, this is our sweet, white Muscadine wine. It has great fruit and floral notes and makes an excellent porch sipping wine when chilled. Pairs well with chicken and seafood dishes.
Named after the Revolutionary War battle that led to the formation of Elizabethtown, this is a sweet, red, Southern Muscadine blend with aromas reminiscent of your grandma’s grapevines. Perfect when enjoyed chilled on a warm summer day. Pairs well with smoked meats, barbecue and “”mac and cheese.”
Named after the North Carolina state butterfly, this wine is mostly a Chenin Blanc and Seyval Blanc white blend. It’s crisp, medium bodied and pairs well with seafood, poultry and cheese.
Very complex wine blended with seven red grape varietals. It’s dry and earthy with hints of spices and notes of red cherry and mushroom. Pairs well with steaks, pasta, cheeses and mushrooms.
Our special Chardonnay is aged in stainless steel vats instead of oak barrels, so it’s rich with the great floral aromas and tastes indicative to the varietal. Very crisp, white wine with hints of pear and ripe apple. Pairs well with seafood, chicken, pork, sharp cheeses and light sauces
Velvet soft, red wine with notes of black cherry and vanilla. Pairs well with beef, ribs, burgers, pizza, soft cheeses and red sauces.
"We alternate between eating inside or out on the patio. It's all so beautiful. And the food....The Cork Room is as good as any establishment in Charleston"
